During 1:1 sessions, we work together to create the change you want to see.
Each session provides a safe, non-judgemental space for you to express yourself and explore your future goals. As a Coach, I help you gain clarity on where you want to be and help you get there, overcoming any mindset blocks along the way. I provide support and accountability throughout. Sessions are completely tailored to you and your needs.
60-minute session
A one-off, private session that’s perfect for you if you would like:
- to try coaching for the first time
- support or guidance with a specific concern that you feel only needs one session
- to gain clarity on what you want and your next steps
- support moving towards your goal/s and a clear plan of action
- a confidence boost
We work through what’s on your mind together and you’ll leave feeling lighter and more empowered, with a clear course of action to take.
3 sessions
Three coaching sessions in which we work together to help you make the changes you’re looking for. This is perfect for you if you want to:
- work on a specific area of your life or your personal development
- identify the blocks that are currently holding you back
- start to overcome these and put changes in place to help you move on
- feel confident moving forwards by yourself
What’s included:
- 3 x 60-minute sessions
- Unlimited support and guidance between sessions
6 sessions
We work together 1:1 to help you make the shift from where you are now to where you want to be. This is the perfect amount of time to create long-term change. I’m with you every step of the way and afterwards. This is for you if you want to:
- reconnect to yourself and your purpose
- overcome limiting beliefs or emotional blocks that are currently holding you back
- understand yourself on a deeper level
- make consistent, long-lasting change
- move forwards with confidence, clarity and calm, feeling like you’re in the driving seat of your own life.
What’s included:
- 6 x 60-minute sessions
- Unlimited support and guidance between sessions
Sessions are designed to fit around you. So you can book an hour a week, a fortnight or more spaced out. You can also choose whether your sessions are online, in-person or a blend of the two. I’m based in Cheltenham, but I take sessions around the Cotswolds, both indoors and out walking, wherever you feel most yourself.
